Design and Development

Aiming for the best products and processes, NEO PARTS works with casting process simulations (Magma) and engineering software aligned with market trends and customer demands.

The company has its own internal tooling and project management system and the useful life of injection and stamping tools.

It is internally equipped for the maintenance of molds, tools, machining devices and construction of means for quality control, also working with recognized partner tool shops, in the construction of new molds, machining tools and machining and assembly devices.

The company's structure includes its own laboratories for metallurgical, dimensional and mechanical verification of products.

Production Area

With 22,000 square meters and a melting capacity of 1,200 tons per month, the products can be manufactured in SAE 305 or 306 alloys (and similar), meeting the specifications of each application. NEO PARTS has an industrial park aligned with the most modern technologies on the market for the manufacture of injected parts, using the high pressure process (HPDC – in injection molding machines with 280 to 1650 tons of closing force, with robots), with machining and assemblies, according to specific customer demand. In addition to casting, machining and assembly resources, it has inspection lines for X-rays, penetrating liquid (Apenol) and tightness checking, among others, aiming to guarantee the total quality of each product.
