São Paulo Unit
Plant established in 2020, began effective operations throughout 2021, located in the municipality of Araçariguama, at a strategic logistics point, close to Castello Branco Highway. The production site has a high installed capacity in a single plant, with presses from 100 to 2,000 tons of capacity, in addition to welding, assembly and recently, the KTL Painting process. This unit focuses on the production of various stamped products, welded sets and rail systems for automotive seat structures, in addition to serving other segments, such as home appliances.
Minas Gerais Unit
Plant established in 2021, starting effective operations in 2022 with the acquisition of a production unit that has been operating for more than 20 years in the region of Betim and Contagem, located in the municipality of São Joaquim de Bicas. The production site has a high installed capacity in a single plant, with presses of up to 1,000 tons of capacity, in addition to welding processes, assembly of automotive seat structures, including the powder painting process. This unit focuses on the production of complete structures for automotive seats, serving several automakers, as well as sub-assemblies for seating systems, being able to serve the market with single and complex stamped products and welded sets for different applications.
