NEO PARTS develops and manufactures high quality, reliable and performance aluminum parts, serving companies in the automotive, white goods, electrical segments, among others. The products are developed together with customers, within strict design parameters, aiming to optimize performance for each application, being validated in simulations and laboratories, in accordance with the most demanding standards and specifications of our customers.
Validation
NEO PARTS' validation structure includes complete metallurgy laboratories (to analyze the composition of the alloys), dimensional laboratories (to evaluate the characteristics within the specified drawings and tolerances) and mechanics (to verify the resistance of materials and finished products). During development, we have our own tool shop responsible for the design and maintenance of molds and machining devices and quality inspection.
